Free Webinar: The Role of Stress in Healing: An Introduction to Tapping (EFT)

Learn a simple tool to calm stress in the moment and support your healing journey.

Stress is a normal part of life-but when it becomes chronic, it can impact sleep, digestion, inflammation, pain, energy levels, and overall well-being.

Join Marie Cancellieri, M.Ed., EFT Master Practitioner, for a free webinar on Tuesday, April 14th at 7 PM EST. In this live webinar, you'll be introduced to Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT). This gentle, research-informed method combines light tapping on acupressure points with focused attention to help calm the nervous system and reduce emotional and physical stress responses.

Marie will explain what tapping is, how it works, and what current research suggests about is benefits. You'll also learn when to use tapping on your own (for everyday stress, overwhelm, and sleep, for example) and when working with a practitioner may offer deeper support. The session will include a brief guided tapping practice, allowing you to experience the tool firsthand, followed by time for Q+A.

No prior experience is needed-just an open mind and willingness to try something simple that can support you on your healing journey.

In this webinar, you can expect:
  • An introduction to tapping (EFT): what it is, how it works, and what research suggests
  • Step-by-step guidance on how to tap (you’ll learn the main tapping points)
  • A brief guided “Tap & Breathe” practice to calm stress in the moment
  • Guided tapping for overwhelm and better sleep (simple ways to use it day-to-day)
  • When tapping on your own is enough—and when working with a practitioner can be helpful, plus time for Q&A
